Texas Dry Cleaner services customers 24/7
Dry Cleaners everywhere are creating new ways to service their busy consumers. Jack Brown Cleaners in Austin, Texas, founded in 1935 and currently operating over 37 locations, decided to find a way to work around the fact that there aren’t enough hours in the day for customers to get their work done ánd take care of their dry cleaning.
That’s why the dry cleaner started service centres that service their customers 24 hours a day. Customers can drop off and pick up their cleaning in these service centres whenever it is convenient for them. The company provides a free express cleaning bag for 24-hour express drop. ‘Through the years, innovations in operations and technology have worked to help us serve our customers faster and better,’ says President and CEO Paul Brown. ‘Some things, however, haven’t changed. Things like the convenience that [we offer] our customers who rely on us every day to keep their families clean and fresh. Our goal has always been to make our customers’ lives easier, more pleasant, and of course, cleaner.’ The company does not charge anything extra for customers that make use of their service centres.
