Bill Fisher (Mr. William E. Fisher) is Chief Executive Officer of the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute, a national and international association of professional drycleaners, wetcleaners, and launderers.
As CEO, Mr. Fisher is responsible for the operation of DLI. Mr. Fisher also serves as a Director of the Fabricare Foundation, and as a Director of the international CLEAN Show. He has authored over 300 articles and technical bulletins, and has been qualified as an expert witness in drycleaning and contamination by the U.S. Courts.
Fisher first joined the Research Department of the National Institute of Drycleaning in 1965, later becoming Director of the IFI Research Division. He initiate and directed DLI
